Delhi Elections 2025: Assembly elections are to be held in the country’s capital Delhi in February next year. In view of this, political activity has increased. Along with the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, BJP and Congress have also intensified their preparations. Former Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal has made a special strategy for the assembly elections, on which work has also been started. Kejriwal has prepared a strategy to manage four categories of vote banks. People from Purvanchal, women, senior citizens and auto drivers are on the radar of Aam Aadmi Party. Arvind Kejriwal has also announced many schemes in the last few days to manage them. It is not going to be easy for the opposition parties to deal with this masterstroke of his.

1. Purvanchalis

Purvanchalis (people of Purvanchal origin from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh) have a considerable population in the country’s capital Delhi. The Purvanchalis dominate every part of Delhi. This is the reason why every party tries to woo this community.

Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party also has a large number of people of Purvanchal origin. According to a statistic, the share of this community in the total voters of Delhi is about 42 percent. Therefore, it is not possible for anyone to ignore this vote bank. Arvind Kejriwal is considering adopting a unique method to woo the Purvanchalis.

2. Women

Aam Aadmi Party has also started efforts to win over half of the population. Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has recently decided to give Rs 1000 per month to women. Along with this, he has announced that after coming to power after the assembly elections, this amount will be increased to Rs 2100.

Apart from this, AAP has formed 5000 all-women teams to win over women voters. There will be 8 women in one team. Their responsibility is to organize meetings at the micro level and inform women about the party’s agenda and the schemes being run for them. Kejriwal’s party’s Delhi government has announced to give Rs 1000 every month to women.

3. Auto drivers

Lakhs of people from different parts of the country come to Delhi in search of livelihood. A large part of them earn their livelihood by driving autorickshaws. Apart from this, the native residents of Delhi also run their families in this way. Aam Aadmi Party has been alert and vigilant from the beginning to woo them.

Recently, Arvind Kejriwal met the auto drivers of Delhi. On this occasion, he announced an insurance of Rs 10 lakh for the auto drivers. Let us tell you that there is a good vote bank of people working in the unorganized sector and Arvind Kejriwal does not want to leave any stone unturned to get them on his side.

Apart from this, the income limit has also not been fixed, so people of every class will be able to take advantage of this scheme. No limit has been fixed for expenditure either. Let us tell you that under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, free treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh can be availed in a year.
