Rahul Gandhi Promise on Women Reservation: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday (March 13) that if the Congress party comes to power, women will be given reservation without survey. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave reservation to women with much fanfare in the Lok Sabha. But then it was said that reservation will be given after the survey and the survey will be done after 10 years. But as soon as the Congress government comes, we will give reservation without survey.

Will appoint nodal officers to educate women: Rahul
Addressing a women’s rally in Maharashtra’s Dhule district, Rahul promised that if the Congress government is formed, the central government’s share in the budget for Asha, Anganwadi workers and women working in the mid-day meal scheme will be doubled. He said that a nodal officer will also be appointed to educate women about their rights and fight their cases.
