The maximum temperature in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Kota was recorded at 41.2 degrees and the capital Jaipur at 40.7 degrees Celsius.
Due to the effect of a new western disturbance, the state has been experiencing strong storms, cloudiness and drizzle for the past several days. The capital Jaipur also remained covered with dark clouds on Saturday evening.
