But furlough is added to the sentence. To understand it in simpler terms, release on parole is granted for some special work, while furlough is granted as a leave if one has good conduct.
Election connection of coming out of jail
When Ram Rahim came out of jail for the first time after going to jail in 2017, he got parole and the reason was his mother’s illness. On 24 October 2020, he got a one-day parole. Then he went back to jail after meeting his ailing mother. Then he came out of jail for the second time on 21 May 2021. That too was a one-day parole and even then he had to meet his ailing mother. But after this, every time Ram Rahim has come out of jail, he has definitely had some electoral connection.
For example, he came out on parole for the third time on 7 February 2022 and then he got parole for 21 days. Ram Rahim has been a supporter of Congress and BJP
As per Ram Rahim’s history, he and his Dera have been big supporters of BJP in Haryana. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections , Ram Rahim had supported BJP and also fielded his team of 15 people in the elections. Earlier, when Ram Rahim was a Baba and was not found guilty of rape and murder, he had supported the demonetization of the Modi government. In 2007, Ram Rahim had also supported Congress during the Punjab elections.
