Kolkata Rape-Murder Case: An Electronic Channel has conducted Operation RG in the Kolkata rape-murder case, in which many big revelations have been made. The biggest thing that has come to light is that an outside lawyer and staff were called in this case. This was revealed by the doctor who did the postmortem. Also, CCTV cameras were not installed at many places in the hospital premises. Apart from this, Principal Sandeep Ghosh did illegal work.Â

Dr. Reena Das, who conducted the postmortem of the trainee doctor, has admitted that former principal Sandeep Ghosh used to put a lot of mental pressure on all the students and professors. Apart from this, Dr. Akhtar Ali made a big revelation and said that Dr. Sandeep Ghosh has money and power. The Chief Minister also has a hand on him.Â
Important points of Operation RG Kar
1. Regarding the role of Sandeep Ghosh, Akhtar Ali claimed that the Chief Minister is promoting Sandeep Ghosh. He used to sell dead bodies. Dr Akhtar Ali was earlier the Deputy Superintendent at RG Kar Medical College but is currently posted in Murshidabad.
2. He said that Sandip Ghosh is a corrupt person and he has never seen a person like him in his entire career. He used to sell dead bodies, it is known but to whom he used to sell them is not known. He is corrupt like a mafia. Yet he was not suspended but sent on leave.Â
3. Another doctor Somnath Das who was earlier a forensic expert at RG Kar Medical College has now been transferred and is the forensic head at Bankura Medical College. He revealed that the dead bodies brought for post mortem were misused. Only selected companies were given contracts.
4. He also said that no action was taken after the complaint against Sandeep Ghosh, rather the person who complained was transferred.Â
5. Somnath Das said that Sandeep Ghosh used to conduct workshops on dead bodies even though it was not allowed. Doctor Ghosh also admitted that Sandeep Ghosh had political patronage. He claimed that the network of medical corruption is so big that no one takes any action.Â
6. Regarding the rape murder case of the junior doctor, Dr. Reena Das said that medical staff and a lawyer were called at the crime scene, the people who came to the crime scene were Dr. Sandeep Ghosh’s men.
7. Reena Das was part of the team that conducted the post-mortem of the junior doctor. She said that when the police reached the crime scene, some politicians and outsiders had also come along with them.Â
8. Dr. Reena claimed that many outsiders came to the crime scene, including a medical team from outside. Along with this, a meeting of very high profile people was also held after which it was declared a suicide case.
9. He also claimed that more than one person could be involved in committing the rape-murder of the junior doctor. Dr. Sandeep Ghosh used to form a syndicate and everyone was afraid of him.
10. Sandeep Ghosh talked most of the time to his advisor Debashish Som during this time. Many questions arise here and the most important question is whether an attempt was made to spoil the crime scene?
