Baba Siddiqui Murder: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddiqui was shot dead by three people in Mumbai’s Bandra East area on Saturday night. The incident took place outside the office of Baba Siddiqui’s son and MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui near Colgate Ground in Nirmal Nagar. After the incident, there is talk that the Loresh Bishnoi gang may be involved in the incident. It is worth noting that recently Rohit Godara, who is considered close to Loresh Bishnoi, had claimed that anyone who is close to Salman Khan is his enemy.

Gangster Rohit Godara, while talking to a media channel on phone, said that Salman Khan is still on the target of Lawrence Bishnoi gang, whoever is his friend is our enemy. Let us tell you that Rohit Godara used to work for Goldie Brar gang earlier. But, now he works for gangster Lawrence Vishnoi. It is believed that he has fled from Delhi to Dubai with a fake passport. Sitting abroad, he has been committing crimes in India.

Rohit, who turned from a mobile technician to a gangster, is actually named Rawataram Swami. He has no contact with his family since he became a gangster. After committing many crimes in India, Rohit Godara settled abroad and is running his activities from there through his henchmen.

The accused have told the Crime Branch during interrogation that they were imprisoned in a jail in Punjab when they met a member of the Bishnoi gang.
Out of these four accused, three were imprisoned together in a jail in Punjab. There the shooters got acquainted with a member of Bishnoi gang already imprisoned in the jail. Due to this, all three accused joined the Bishnoi gang. After this, the accused got a contract of Rs. 2.5 lakh to kill Baba Siddiqui.

What did the shooters tell the police?
Actually, the strings of Baba Siddiqui murder case seem to be connected to Lawrence Bishnoi gang. According to police sources, both the accused arrested for shooting Siddiqui have claimed to be associated with Bishnoi gang.
One of these shooters is named Karnail Singh, who is from Haryana. The other shooter, Dharmaraj Kashyap, is from UP. According to police sources, both these arrested shooters have claimed that they belong to Lawrence Bishnoi gang. They had done recce of Baba Siddiqui’s house one and a half to two months ago.
The shooters were going to divide the money between them after the murder by Rs 50,000 each, but the Mumbai Police caught them before that. During interrogation, the shooters also told that a month ago (on September 2) they had taken a house on rent in Kurla area of Mumbai. They were paying a rent of Rs 14,000 per month for it.
The plan was same in Salman Khan firing case too
Crime Branch sources said that the accused arrested in the Bollywood actor Salman Khan firing case also used to do recce in a rented house in a similar way and then carried out the firing incident. Now, taking the investigation of the case forward, different teams of Crime Branch have left for Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh), Delhi, and Haryana.

In the Baba Siddiqui murder case, Mumbai Police officers went to Siddiqui’s house to record the statement of the family. Here the watchman and the people working in the society are also being questioned.
The shooters are 19 and 23 years old
The FIR registered by Mumbai Police in the Baba Siddiqui murder case contains the names of the two arrested accused. 23-year-old Gurmail Baljeet Singh is a resident of Haryana. While, Dharamraj Rajesh Kashyap is from Uttar Pradesh who is just 19 years old.
The FIR has been filed under sections 103 (1), 109, 125 and 3(5) of the BNS. Along with this, a case has been registered under sections 3, 25, 5 and 27 of the Arms Act, besides sections 37 and 137 of the Maharashtra Police Act.
Salman Khan cancels shooting of ‘Bigg Boss’
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has canceled the shooting of his reality show ‘Bigg Boss 18’ after the news of the murder of politician Baba Siddiqui. According to reports, Salman canceled the shooting of ‘Bigg Boss’ on Saturday and reached Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai from the set of his show. Meanwhile, security has been increased outside Salman Khan’s residence after the murder. No one is allowed to stay outside the house. Salman and Baba Siddiqui were close friends as the politician came from the same constituency where Salman lives.
