BJP Candidates 2nd List Lok Sabha Elections 2024: BJP released the second list of candidates on Wednesday (13 March) regarding the Lok Sabha elections 2024. BJP has announced candidates for the remaining two seats of Delhi. Harsh Malhotra has been given ticket from East Delhi and Yogendra Chandolia from North West Delhi. Whereas, Kalaben Delkar has got the ticket from Dadar Nagar Haveli.

Union Minister Anurag Thakur has been made the candidate from Hamirpur Lok Sabha seat of Himachal. Whereas, Prahlad Joshi from Dharwad, Nitin Gadkari from Nagpur, Manohar Lal Khattar from Karnal have been made candidates. BJP has made Ashok Tanwar its candidate from Sirsa.

The names of Union ministers Nitin Gadkari and Piyush Goyal and former minister of state Pankaja Munde were included in the list of BJP candidates for 20 of the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra. While Gadkari was given the ticket again from the Nagpur seat, commerce ministers Piyush Goyal (Mumbai North) and Pankaja Munde (Beed) are among the eight new faces in the list. BJP’s shocking strategy

In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, the BJP has released its list of candidates for Maharashtra. There has been a buzz in political circles regarding the BJP candidates in Maharashtra for several days. The list reveals some surprising tactics by the BJP, including the re-nomination of some sitting MPs. However, the party has decided to cancel the tickets of sitting MPs from North Mumbai and North East Mumbai. Piyush Goyal has been nominated for the North Mumbai seat, while Mihir Kotecha will contest from North East Mumbai.

Whose ticket was cancelled?

Those who have not been given tickets by BJP mainly include the name of BJP’s North Mumbai MP Gopal Shetty. In his place, Union Minister and Rajya Sabha member Piyush Goyal has been made the candidate. Apart from this, after giving ticket to Pankaja Munde from Beed, the ticket of her sister Pritam Munde has been canceled. Whereas from North East Lok Sabha constituency, BJP has given a shock to Manoj Kotak by giving ticket to MLA Mihir Kotecha. BJP has given ticket to Smita Wagh in place of sitting MP Unmesh Patil from Jalgaon. In Akola, instead of MP Sanjay Dhotre, his son Anoop Dhotre has been given the ticket.
