Chahal & Dhanashree Divorce: Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma got divorced after 5 years. The Mumbai Family Court gave the verdict on Thursday. Yuzvendra and Dhanashree were present in the Mumbai Family Court. On Wednesday, the Bombay High Court ordered the Family Court to give its verdict on Chahal’s petition on March 20. A single bench of Justice Madhav Jamdar said that Chahal will not be available from March 21 as he has to participate in the IPL.
Both have been living separately for the last two and a half years. There is news of a settlement between the two for Rs 4.75 crore. Yuzvendra and Dhanashree got married on 22 December 2020.

- The relationship between the two had deteriorated since June 2022. The news of divorce first came on social media. However, the reason behind their separation has not yet been revealed.
- After about two years, in February 2025, an application for divorce was filed in the Mumbai Family Court. The Family Court gave a cooling off period of six months. Against this, Chahal appealed in the High Court.
- The hearing took place in the High Court on March 19. On Wednesday, the Bombay High Court ordered the Family Court to give its verdict on Chahal’s petition on March 20.
