IND vs NZ 1st Test: The Indian cricket team could score just 46 runs in the first innings of the Bengaluru Test. This is India’s lowest Test score on home ground. Also, this is the lowest Test score of any team in Asia. Earlier in 1986, West Indies had scored 53 runs against Pakistan in Faisalabad. Whereas, in 2002, Pakistan had scored 53 runs against Australia in Sharjah.

The star batsmen of the team returned to the pavilion cheaply. From Virat Kohli to KL Rahul and Sarfaraz Khan, all were forced to easily kneel in front of New Zealand’s fast bowlers. New Zealand’s two fast bowlers Williamon Oruake and Matt Henry destroyed the Indian batting line-up. Henry took 5 wickets while Oruake took 4 wickets. Tim Southee took one wicket. All 10 wickets of India were taken by New Zealand’s fast bowlers. During this, the Indian team made 5 such records which no team would want to make.
