Mumbai Indians batted first and scored 198 runs

After losing the toss, Mumbai Indians batted first and scored 198 runs. The start was not good for MI as both the openers of the team returned to the pavilion at a score of just 6 runs. Ishan Kishan could not score any runs in this match, on the other hand Rohit Sharma scored 6 runs. Suryakumar Yadav’s magic also did not work in this match as Sandeep Sharma dismissed him at a score of 10 runs. Mumbai had lost 4 wickets by the time 52 runs were scored, but from here a 99-run partnership between Nihal Wadhera and Tilak Verma brought Mumbai Indians back into the match. Wadhera played a brilliant innings of 49 runs in 24 balls, hitting 3 fours and 4 sixes.

At one point Mumbai Indians were playing at 101 runs for 4 wickets in 13 overs. From here the batsmen batted in a stormy manner. Although Nihal Vadhera was out in the 17th over, Tilak Verma was still trying to extend his half-century innings. After the 13th over, the team scored 69 runs in the next 5 overs.

It seemed as if Mumbai would easily cross the score of 200 runs but in the last 2 overs, RR bowled tightly. First, in the 19th over, Avesh Khan gave only 6 runs and in the last over, Sandeep Sharma gave 3 runs and also took 3 wickets and stopped Mumbai at 179 runs.

Rajasthan Royals bowling, Sandeep Sharma took 5 wickets

But in the middle overs, Avesh Khan and Yuzvendra Chahal were also thrashed. Sandeep Sharma took the maximum 5 wickets from RR and Trent Boult took 2 wickets. Yuzvendra Chahal has completed 200 wickets in his IPL career by taking the wicket of Mohammad Nabi in this match, but he has also conceded 48 runs in 4 overs. Apart from him, Avesh Khan also took an important wicket.

Chahal Created History, has completed 200 wickets in IPL

Rajasthan Royals spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has set a new record in his name in this match while bowling. Chahal has completed 200 wickets in IPL.

Yuzvendra Chahal has completed 200 wickets in IPL. Before this he had 199 wickets to his name. Yuzvendra Chahal took the wicket of Mohammad Nabi as his 200th wicket. Chahal bowled Mohammad Nabi on the third ball of the 8th over. Mohammad Nabi did not understand Chahal’s ball and while playing the wrong shot he handed the ball to Chahal. Let us tell you that Chahal is the only bowler who has taken 200 wickets in IPL. No player before him has been able to do this.
