Kuwait Fire: A fire broke out in a building in Mangaf city of Kuwait. 40 Indian workers are reported to have died in this fire. 5 of them were from Kerala. According to media reports, a fire broke out on the first floor of a building located in the southern Mangaf district of Kuwait on Wednesday morning. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that following the instructions of PM Modi, Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh will leave for Kuwait. During this time, he will hold talks to monitor the assistance to the people injured in the fire tragedy and coordinate with the local authorities to bring back the bodies of those killed in this unfortunate incident soon.
