On January 26, Bollywood brings films based on patriotism and tries its best to capitalize on the emotion of patriotism. This time director Siddharth Anand has done this. He has brought Fighter with big stars like Hrithik Deepika and Anil Kapoor and it is a perfect watch on 26th January.
The story
of the film is about the revenge of the Indian Air Force after the Pulwama attack. How Pakistan was killed by entering his house but some more twists and turns have been added to it. Hrithik is a fighter pilot but his senior Anil Kapoor remains angry with him. Deepika is also a pilot but her family has considered her a martyr. Go to the theater to see how these stories are immersed and connected in the colors of patriotism.
How is the film?
The first half has more style and less emotion. Hrithik Deepika’s chemistry looks amazing. The fight scenes are fine but the first mission is done in a hurry. It’s fun in the second half. The film is emotional. In Pakistan, when Hrithik kills a terrorist while saying Jai Hind, there is applause. When Hrithik tells about his daughter to Deepika’s father who is angry about becoming a pilot, you feel proud of the successful daughters of the country. The film seems to have more strength in the second half. Technically the film looks average but it has been balanced by adding emotion and patriotism.
Hrithik is amazing in acting and his acting is also good. Hrithik’s screen presence is amazing. It’s fun just seeing them on screen. It feels good to see Deepika in uniform. His acting is also good. Deepika impressed me the most. Anil Kapoor is fantastic. Karan Singh Grover impresses. Akshay Oberoi leaves his mark. The casting of the film is good and credit for it should be given to Mukesh Chhabra.
Direction
Siddharth Anand had earlier made Pathan last year and this time he has done a slightly better job. However, if he had paid a little more attention to the screenplay, it would have been a better film. At one place, Indian and Pakistani pilots talk in the air. How is this possible and some other things seem a bit dramatic.
Music:
Music by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara makes the film even better. Songs give comfort. Doesn’t break the pace of the film. Some songs will now become part of people’s playlist.
Overall this film can be watched. There are some things in the film which cannot be digested but every filmmaker does this in the name of cinematic liberty. It has been balanced by adding patriotism and emotion.
